These alarms are sent through various channels, such as email, SMS or webhooks, however, whatsapp is not natively available. Not having a fast and effective notification system means that any critical incident detected will not be received in a timely manner.  <\/p>\n\n<p>If we want to improve platform uptime and customer experience, improving response times and reducing MTTR (mean time to repair) is one of the most important indicators to achieve this.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Automatic whatsapp notifications play a critical role in this process:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduce MTTA (mean time to acknowledge), where by having a predefined decision matrix and a frequently used notification channel, the time from when an incident is detected until the person in charge receives the alarm drops to a couple of seconds.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure Dynatrace integration<\/h2>\n\n<p>As a prerequisite, you must have <a href=\"https:\/\/24cevent.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an account created in 24Cevent<\/a>, the platform that will perform the automatic 24&#215;7 notification of dynatrace alarms by whatsapp.  <\/p>\n\n<p>To configure Dynatrace, go to Settings &#8211;&gt; Integrations &#8211;&gt; Problem Notifications.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notification type: &#8220;Custom Integration&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display Name: Any representative name of the integration  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Webhook URL: In your 24Cevent dashboard you will have access to the integration url.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom Payload: In this variable, all the variables that will be sent to 24Cevent are indicated in JSON format, which can be used for filters, columns in the event management panel or even as variables to customize the notification message.
