What communication protocols are available?

24cevent supports multiple notification channels, including phone calls, emails, whatsapp, telegram, teams, slack, SMS and hangout. If you contract our service, you can request the incorporation of new notification protocols.

Is my software supported to integrate with 24Cevent?

Yes, 24cevent supports any platform that sends webhooks. A webhook is simply an invocation of our url:https://app.24cevent.com/api/clientapi/sendNotification using the POST method.

Can I customize the text/audio of my notifications?

Yes, both text and audio notifications are 100% customizable and can be modified in the web interface. To make the configuration, mixtures of: fixed and variable texts of the event can be used.

What languages does the application support?

Web interface: English/Spanish

Notifications: Spanish/English/Portuguese

Do you have multi-language support?

Yes, 24cevent has support for multiple languages. In case the languages of the alarm and the contact are different, the platform takes care of the translation to deliver the message in the contact’s preferred language.

Can I notify different people depending on the alarm?

Yes, multiple distinct notification flows can be created from the alarm variables.

How many notification channels can I use for each alarm?

Multiple channels can be used in parallel for each alarm, allowing different contacts to be notified simultaneously.

How quickly can I expect contacts to be notified after an alarm has been received?

Our average time is less than 30 seconds.

Is it possible to track and analyze the performance of notifications?

Yes, 24cevent offers SLA notifications for tracking and performance analysis through the reports section, where you can view statistics on the distribution and duration of each incident.

What happens if the contracted limit of notifications for the month is exceeded?

In case the contracted limit is exceeded, the platform is restricted to deliver a daily ethical consumption, equivalent to 10% of the daily limit (monthly limit/30).

What is the licensing model?

The fee model is a monthly subscription, the value of which depends on the number of seats contracted.

1 entry is considered = 1 contact receiving notifications.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is made by PayPal or wire transfer.

Once the funds are received, the platform is enabled for 1 calendar month.
