AWS does not natively support call notifications: CloudWatch sends emails, SMS messages, or messages via SNS. To receive a call, CloudWatch is connected to 24Cevent via a webhook or SNS, and from there you can define who receives the call, at what time, and who to escalate to if no one answers.

Each provider has its own alerting system and console, but they all allow events to be sent via webhook or API. 24Cevent receives alerts from all three cloud platforms and displays them in a single view, applying the same notification, escalation, and shift rules regardless of where they come from.
No. 24Cevent does not monitor infrastructure: it takes the alerts that your cloud tools already generate and handles what happens next. It filters out the noise, decides who to notify based on shifts and severity, escalates if there is no response, and measures SLA compliance.
With correlation and grouping rules. If a single event triggers multiple alerts—for example, a traffic spike that triggers several instances—they are grouped into a single incident. You can also define maintenance windows to suppress expected alerts during deployments or scheduled changes.
Automatic escalation is activated. If the first contact does not acknowledge the alert within the specified time, the notification is forwarded to the next person on duty, and the communication channel may change—from WhatsApp to a phone call, for example. The process is logged for audit and SLA purposes.
No. Integration is done via webhook or API, without agents or additional software within your infrastructure. On AWS, it is configured through SNS or EventBridge; on Azure, through Action Groups; and on Google Cloud, through Notification Channels.
