In addition to receiving events via webhook or API, 24Cevent can trigger actions externally: call another tool’s API, trigger a workflow in Zapier or Make, run a runbook, or restart a service. This allows the response to take place in the system where the problem is located, not just within the platform.
Set up a webhook to 24Cevent within the workflow itself, either at the end or in its error path. When the automation fails or does not complete as expected, the event is sent to 24Cevent and becomes an alert with an assigned owner, which escalates if no one acknowledges it within the defined timeframe.
Yes. Workflows are interactive: when an event occurs, 24Cevent can notify the person in charge and wait for their confirmation before executing the action. Approval can be given via WhatsApp or the configured channel, and it is logged along with the rest of the incident. This way, automation proceeds without losing human control.
