You know exactly how much your store sells per hour. Multiply that by the three hours that nobody noticed the checkout was broken. And that’s not the only side of the story: the payment gateway that started rejecting 80% of payments without warning, the inventory that got out of sync and sold items that weren’t in stock, the orders that stopped being sent to the fulfillment system, the certificate that expired on a Sunday, and the customer who notified you on Instagram before any system did.
24Cevent makes your life easier...
It doesn't matter if it's Sunday at 11 p.m. or in the middle of CyberDay. The person responsible receives the notification through a channel they're sure to see, and if they don't confirm, the next person is notified.
WhatsApp + Phone Call + Appointments + Escalations
There's no point in receiving an alert every time a card is declined. What matters is when the pattern changes, and that's exactly the difference between a useful notification and noise that you learn to ignore.
Thresholds + Correlation + Clustering + Rules by Event Type
Automated Actions + Approval via WhatsApp + Integration with Your Systems
• It adapts to you, not the other way around •
24Cevent does not replace your e-commerce platform or your payment gateway. It connects to what you already have in place and handles what happens when something goes wrong: who is notified, how quickly, and what is done about it.
Creation + Coordination + Monitoring + Closure
Availability + Response Time + Downtime Duration + SLA

Doubts?
Connect a source that detects the failure to 24Cevent. This could be an uptime monitoring tool that checks your site every few minutes, or alerts from your platform and payment gateway themselves. When that source detects the problem, 24Cevent ensures that the right person is notified immediately—even via a phone call.
With threshold-based rules. Payment gateways like Stripe or Mercado Pago send a notification every time a payment fails. An isolated rejection is part of normal operations, but if several occur within a few minutes, 24Cevent interprets this as an incident and sends a notification, rather than sending an alert for each transaction.
That’s exactly when it performs best. On days with high traffic, you can set up special shifts, stricter rules, and immediate escalation, so that any problem is brought to someone’s attention within minutes. Once the event is over, you’re left with a complete record of what went wrong, how long it lasted, and how it was resolved.
Not directly. 24Cevent doesn’t monitor your site or your transactions: it receives the alerts generated by your tools and handles what happens next. If you don’t currently have anything in place to detect outages, you can add an availability monitoring tool and connect it—which is the most common setup.
Yes. These platforms allow you to send automatic notifications when something significant happens, such as a new order, a failed payment, or an integration error. You can configure this from each tool’s dashboard, linking it to 24Cevent, without installing anything additional in your store.
For the most common platforms, no, because the connection is configured through their own admin panel. Technical support is recommended, however, for a custom-built store or a custom integration with an ERP or shipping system, because you need to specify where the notification is sent from.
